Re: Addition of tractor to the Capital budget --- ----
Tom Gaines and I made a mistake with neither of us asking for a new tractor as a capital item. It
would come out of current expense. The current tractor is not large enough to drag deeply
through the pavilions or rodeo arena. As we bring in larger events we will need to work the dirt
more thoroughly. I thought he had it and he thought I put it in my capital budget. Madeline said
I just need approval of the board to add this.
We are requesting the addition of a Tractor line item in Capital from current expense in the
amount of $85,000
