10:30 a.m. The Commissioners held an Open Record Public Hearing to approve the Six Year
Transportation Improvement Program as presented by the County Engineer.
Keith Elefson, County Engineer, gave a rundown of the proposed.
A motion was made by Commissioner Taylor, seconded by Commissioner Carter to close the
public comment portion of the hearing. The motion passed with 2 Commissioners in attendance.
Commissioner Taylor moved to approve the program as presented. Commissioner Carter
seconded and the motion passed with 2 Commissioners in attendance. The hearing adjourned.
