The Fairgrounds is requesting the purchase of Disinfecting systems and supplies to prevent the
spread of viruses using Cares Act funding. This will allow us to properly disinfect rentable areas
of the Fairgrounds in between rentals such as the 4H building, Commercial Building, Huck Fuller
Building, Agriculture Building, Ardell Pavilion and Harwood Pavilion. These facilities can be
fogged with the large foggers and restrooms can be fogged using the backpack sprayers. Also
included in the purchase request is the appropriate PPE for application.
This process will also significantly reduce the transmission of any virus according to the
documentation for the systems identified.
We request the total purchase amount of $10,582.48 and will place the order immediately
upon approval.
