Re: Policy on fees for Boys and Girls club day rates --- -- - ------
Per a request by the Boys and Girls Club for use of the 4H building to facilitate a youth
interaction and education activity daily while in the midst of Covid I am requesting a special rate
due to the number of days they plan to rent the facility.
Please authorize a rate of $500 per day, all inclusive of rental furniture (Tables and chairs) for
the use of the 4H building. The Boys and Girls Club staff will do their own cleaning of the
building each night. Use will be weekdays. Please authorize this rate for the remainder of
2020 and 2021.
