RESOLUTION TO DECLARE SURPLUS RESOLUTION No. 23- -cc
GRANT COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE
GLOCK 17 DUTY PISTOL
WHEREAS, The Grant County Sheriff s Office owns a Glock 17 duty pistol (SN:
BTBC895, Asset ID# SA20068); and
WHEREAS, The Sheriff s Office has determined that this device is no longer needed by
their office; and
WHEREAS, The Sheriff s Office is requesting that the Board of County Commissioners
declare surplus this pistol with the intent to sell it to Deputy Rick LaGrave.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT the Board of County
Commissioners declare as surplus a Glock 17 Duty Pistol to sell to Rick LaGrave,
