Dear Commissioners,
Renew is seeking approval to begin the process of upr �d* ra 1,
g a ing our Eph at office to secure the access of
the clinical offices and our reception & waiting area. Currently, individuals can freely roam into these
other areas of the office which creates additional safety concerns.
Working with county malntenance,, we have received a proposal from Stan's Construction and Son,
LLC. The total. cost to extend the wall, install a swing -out door that has emergency escape hardware,
as well as be ADA accessible, will come to $21,387.32.
We budgeted $75,000 for this project 'in the 2.023 budget cycle. Funds for this project will come from
account 108.150,,00.0000.594.64.6400 (Ca*pital Outlay).
