AMENDMENT TO:
INTERLOCAL COOPERATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN GRANT COUNTY AND THE
GRANT COUNTY NOXIOUS WEED BOARD FOR GRANT FUNDING THROUGH THE
CARES ACT
CARES Act Grant No. 20-6541C-013
This amendment extends the date for allowable expenditures and the term date for the above referenced
Agreement, referenced in Paragraph 2.1 on page 1, Grant Funding; and Paragraph 4.1 on page 3,
Duration, from October 31, 2020 to November 30, 2020.
All other provisions of the above Agreement shall remain in effect.
