RESOLUTION: NOTICE OF HEARING RESOLUTION No. 20 - 6a -CC
IN THE MATTER OF DECLARING CERTAIN
COUNTY -OWNED PROPERTY SURPLUS AND
ORDERING THE SALE THEREOF
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners desires to conduct a public hearing on its intention
to declare certain County -owned property surplus and dispose of same at public auction, and
WHEREAS, it is the intention of the Public Works to sell surplus property at public auction through
the following site: https•//www publicsurplus com/sms/all wa/browse/cataucs?catid=4
to the highest bidder for cash all equipment declared surplus, and
WHEREAS, the following listing of equipment and merchandise from participating County agencies
will be considered for sale: see ATTACHMENTS A & B.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a public hearing be held via webex audio at the Grant
County Courthouse, Ephrata, Washington at 1:30 P.M. on October 27, 2020, and anyone either for or against
these proposed actions may appear via webex audio and be heard. Grant County is providing access to this
scheduled hearing for the public via webex audio connection only, no members of the public may be present
in the hearing room with the exception of the project representative. To participate in the hearing please call
in to the hearing at 1 (408) 418-9388 and enter the access code (146 716 6561), you will be joined to the
meeting in a 'muted' status until such time as the hearing allows for public testimony. If you have any
questions about this procedure please call the Commissioners in advance of the hearing.
