Housing Assistance Unit, Community Services and Housing Division Shelter Program Grant Sub Recipient Agreement with HopeSource, for the Washington State Department of Commerce Shelter Program Grant Agreement No. 20-4610C-104. Term of the agreement is August 1, 2020 through June 30, 2023 and in the amount of $523,375.00. 5. Reversal on one Round 3 Small Business and Non-profit Grant Application Denial through the Coronavirus Relief Fund CARES Act Grant, Contract No. 20-6541C-013. The business is Mountain Medic CRP, LLC in the amount of $10,000.00. 6. Reimbursement No. CRF 20-19 on the Department of Commerce Coronavirus Relief Funds (CRF) CARES Act Contract No. 20-6541C-013 reimbursement to the Grant County Economic Development Council (EDC) in the amount of $10,000.00 and is a release of funds for one Round 3 Small Business and Non-profit Grant Application (which the BOCC initially denied and has since reversed, based upon receipt of additional information.) See above. 7. Request from the Grant County Fire District No. 3 to extend their original Coronavirus Relief Funds (CRF) CARES Act Grant that was previously awarded in the amount of $10,000.00 so they may purchase an AeroClave RDS 3220 decontamination unit in the amount of $17,544.00 in order to disinfect their apparatus and training rooms after each use. 8. Reimbursement No. CRF 20-20 on the Department of Commerce Coronavirus Relief Funds (CRF) CARES Act Contract No. 20-65410-013 reimbursement to the Grant County Economic Development Council (EDC) in the amount of $5,646.27 relating to advertising, publishing and personnel hours. 9. Reimbursement Request #1 on Washington State Department of Commerce Eviction Rent Assistance Program (ERAP) Grant No. 21-4614C-108, administered through the Housing Authority of Grant County, in the amount of $25,592.32. 10. Reimbursement Request #15 on Washington State Department of Commerce Consolidated Homeless Grant (CHG) No. 20-46108-10, administered through the Grant County Housing Authority, in the amount of $27,966.32. 11. New application liquor license for Blacksmith Farms, Quincy WA, through the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board. AUDITOR'S OFFICE 12. Payment of vouchers certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.080, and those expense reimbursement claims certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.090, as recorded on a listing and made available to the Board. JUVENILE COURT AND YOUTH SERVICES 13. Budget extension request in the amount of $87,134.00 to receive one-time reimbursements for excess costs already expended on their BECCA ($83,776.00) and CASA ($3,358.00) programs. FAIRGROUNDS 14. Recommendation to award the bid for the Ardell Sidewall Panel project to Stan's Construction in the amount of $37,080.14 as this was the only bid received.
