I am requesting your authorization for Out of County Travel for Sgt. Gary Mansford.
Sgt. Mansford will be traveling to Kennewick, Washington to attend SupervisingPatrol
Critical Incident Training taught by the National Tactical Officers Association. This
training is designed to provide patrol supervisors with the information and tools needed
to manage a critical incident prior to the arrival of SWAT.
The travel dates are October 20' - October 21 s`, 2020. One night of hotel
accommodations will be required.
