Discussion about goals for 2021 including capital submissions
• Continue to catch up on neglected maintenance (We really need another maintenance person)
• Increase stall quality
• Increase stall count
• Improve campgrounds — 5 -year -plan
• Improve aesthetics of grounds — Landscaping, sprinklers, removing track, debris, water tank
• Focus on one barn improvement on the Fair side (Sheep barns)
• Add restrooms to rentable buildings (Commercial building)
• Improve equipment to lessen staff impacts (Increase efficiency)
