NOTE: The Washington Citizens' Commission on Salaries for Elected
Officials (WCCSEO) sets the compensation for the position of Superior
Wage Change — Adjustment
Court Judge. RCW 36.17.02o and Resolution o8 -o67 -CC direct that 1/2 of
the compensation for this position be set at 50% of that of Superior Court
Judge and 1/2 be set by the Board of County Commissioners "in an
amount that equals or exceeds that contributed by the county in 20o8",
which was $63,7o8.
The variance between the WCCSEO and County annual amount is due to
the calculation process necessary to convert to an hourly amount to
calculate tied positions.
