Re: Request to purchase additional panels for the Ardell Pavilion
We continue to make improvements to the Ardell using REET funds approved for the 2020
capital budget. We are requesting the authorization to purchase additional panels for the
Ardell. Best of Barrels, the company, has 125 used panels available at a cost that is nearly 20%
cheaper than new panels. The panels are less than a month old and were used for one event.
The cost for the panels is $13,525. 1 have BEET funds set aside for Ardell Side wall panels which
cost less than originally planned, leaving 14,492.92 in that capital item category. 1 would
request that you authorize the purchase, from that fund. The fund is
126.168.00.9116.573706210 utilizing REET funds.
