Road Salt:
700 tons of Category 8B Standard Gradation Road Salt in the amount of $105,000.00 delivered,
excluding sales tax from LTI, Inc., Lynden, WA through Washington State Department of
Enterprise Services Contract No. 02714.
This product will be used for snow and ice control.
I have reviewed the information and find it acceptable to move forward with the purchase of this
product.

80/120 Commitments for 2020/2021 Winter Season
Please submit the following 80/120 commitment table to Enterprise Services by August 31,
2020 to confirm your 80/120 commitments for the 2020/2021 winter season. This commitment
requires agencies to purchase 80% of the target volume and in turn the vendor must then be
able to provide up to 120% of the target volume for your agency. This table should be
completed for each vendor and product that you are planning to order an aggregate volume of
100 tons or greater. On the last page you will find a map of the regions in order to assist in
completing the form.
