Re: Recommendation to allocate $2,500.00 of Coronavirus Relief Funds (CRF)
grant monies to replace Moses Lake District Court jury chairs.
The District Court Office has identified the need to replace the 35 chairs for Jury member
is the Moses Lake courtroom. Working with Facilities and Maintenance, they have
^� estimated a budget of $2-590-O for this project and are seeking approval to purchase
these through the Corot" `IL ; . -ef Funds (CRF) grant monies.

In the budget allocation approved on June 30, 2020, we allocated funds in the amount of
$1,000,000.00 for Grant County specific costs associated with the response to COVID-
19. These funds have not been fully committed at this time and would have sufficient
funds available to cover this request.
Therefore, it is my recommendation to approve this request.
