i. Still waiting on the final report in order to finish the July request for
reimbursement
ii. WebEx & Door preliminary costs:
i. WebEx: $694,726.15
a. $35,000 would have to come out of current expense capital
expenditures as it was a budgeted project for Youth
Services
b. Tom believes the costs for the EOC are very high
2. Doors: $233143.16 total, $146,666.74
a. $249,848.97 total allocated in original request
b. Quote only includes the main campus (Annex, Courthouse,
L&J)
iii. I believe the Board needs to decide between these two projects or decide
which portions to complete for each, as there is not sufficient budget to
cover both entirely.
4. City of Moses Lake & Homeless Task Force
a. Steffanie Bonwell states that there are no changes required to the homeless task
force plan in order to contract with the City of ML for the recording fee
surcharges
b. The next step is for the county to decide on the percentage split
i. Homeless housing: 60/40 (historically)
ii. Affordable Housing: 70/30 (historically)
5. Interviews for Office Assistant position
a. Position closes today
b. Currently 4 applicants
c. Interview panel?
