The motion passed unanimously. 1. Commissioners Office and Public Defense Vouchers for approval. (Approved) 2. Commissioners July 27, 2020 Minutes for approval. (Approved) 3. Proclamation asking the Grant County community to implement cautionary measures as recommended by our Grant County Health Officials — Mask up! (Approved) 4. Request for release of funds on SIP 2019-08, Port of Royal Slope, Waterline Extension — Eldorado, in the amount of $70,890.36 (Grant) to the Port of Royal Slope. (Approved) 5. Recommendation to allocate $2,500 of Coronavirus Relief Funds (CRF) grant monies to purchase 35 new, easily cleaned chairs for the District Court courtroom in Moses Lake. (Approved) 6. Recommendation to increase previously approved allocation of $6,500.00 of Coronavirus Relief Funds (CRF) grant monies to $10,000.00 to Cities Digital for the DocuSign project/Laserfiche agenda process to cover the quoted estimated 20 hours of configuration time. (Approved) 7. Grant County Reimbursement No. 11 on Coronavirus Relief Funds (CRF) CARES Act Grant for Grant County Expenditures for the period of July 1, 2020 through July 31, 2020, with the Department of Commerce. (After review, this item is being rescinded as no back up information could be found) AUDITOR'S OFFICE 8. Payment of vouchers certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.080, and those expense reimbursement claims certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.090, as recorded on a listing and made available to the Board. (Approved in the amount of $764,958.45) 9. Software as a Service agreement with Tyler Technologies to provide products and services including access to Tyler's proprietary software products, in the amount of $53,290.00. Term is August 25, 2020 through September 1, 2025. (Approved) CENTRAL SERVICES 10. Budget extension request in the amount of $7,410.00 to purchase Biamp audio and recording system hardware for the Superior Court — Youth Services courtroom, from EVCO Sound and Electronics. Law and Justice Funds are being requested for this purchase. (Approved, the public hearing was scheduled for September 22, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. It was also determined that Trial Court Improvement funds will be used for this expense.) (Approved) 12. Reimbursement Request (A-19) for contract work performed by Grant Integrated Services, during July, 2020 in the amount of $457.50 on Washington State Department of Corrections (DOSA) contract. (Approved) PUBLIC WORKS 13. Request to purchase 700 tons of Category 8B Standard Gradation Road Salt in the amount of $105,000.00 from LTI, Inc. through the Washington State Department of Enterprise Services Contract No. 02714. (Approved) 14. Request to purchase a 2020 Madvac Model LP61-G Portable Vacuum Litter Collector — Gas, in the amount of $19,084.00 from Bens Cleaner Sales Inc. through the Washington State Department of Enterprise Services Contract No. 122017 -EXP. (Approved) 15. Resolution No. 20 -074 -CC notice of hearing for vacating Road 23 -NE along with unbuilt county right-of-way Finney Rd in S 9, T 22 N, Range as petitioned by Duane Bruner.
