Re: Request for Budget Extension — for the remainder of 2020
Due to substantially reduced revenues we are at a negative cash balance, per the Auditor's
office of $49,634.63 for July.
I am requesting a budget extension in the amount of $200,000 for the months of July through
December for account 116.159.00.9702.39799999. This would be funded from Current Expense
as a transfer from 001.142.00.0000.597999999.
Events begin again in September assuming we are at the same phase we are now. The office
staff is on a one -day -per -week furlough as well and will likely continue this through the end of
the year.
