RESOLUTION IN RE: STRATEGIC RESOLUTION No. 23- 045 -CC
INFRASTRUCTURE PROGRAM
ADVISORY COMMITTEE
RECOMMENDATIONS FOR FUNDING
WHEREAS, The Grant County (County) Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) approved a
Strategic Infrastructure Program Prioritization Process; and
WHEREAS, the BOCC found it in the best interests of the County to set up a committee to
facilitate local coordination and communication; and
WHEREAS, the Strategic Infrastructure Program (SIP) Committee (Committee) has submitted
recommendations for funding; and
WHEREAS, the BOCC has reviewed recommendation(s) submitted by the Committee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS APPROVED THE SIP ADVISORY COMMITTEE FUNDING
RECOMMENDATIONS ON May 15, 2023 AS FOLLOWS:
Grant County Hospital District #4 — McKay Healthcare 2023-01
Phase 1 Architecture & Engineering Site Plan $400,000.00 Grant
Grant County Port District #10 — Moses Lake 2023-02
Southwest Hangar Utility Extension $500,000.00 Grant
These funds shall be utilized within one year of this resolution or returned to the fund for use by
other recipients.
