Re: Request to purchase new gate hardware and gates for the Ardell
We continue to make improvements to the Ardell using REET funds approved for the 2020
capital budget. We are requesting the authorization to purchase materials to install new gates
and subsequent hardware to reduce the time it takes to transform the Pavilion from one event
type to the next. This will reduce the average setup time each week by 4-6 hours of staff time
and be substantially stronger and safer.
The cost for the materials is $2749.10. 1 have REST funds set aside for Ardell Sidewall panels
which cost less than originally planned, leaving $17,242.02 in that capital item category. 1
would request that you authorize the purchase, from that fund. The fund is
126.168.00.9116.573706210 utilizing BEET funds.
