Re: Recommendation to contract with the Grant County Port District 5 for
Coronavirus Relief Funds (CRF) through CARES Act Grant
The Grant County Port District 5 submitted a budget proposal in the amount of
$15,000.00 for utilization of the Coronavirus Relief Funds (CRF) through CARES Act
Grant with expenses in the amount of $7,801.30 already incurred.
There is currently sufficient funding in this budgeted amount to cover the requested
amount.
I recommend to contract with Port District 5 for grant funding through the Coronavirus
Relief Fund (CRF) Cares Act Grant for COVID-19 related expenses from March 1st,
2020 through October 31 st, 2020 not to exceed $15,000 dollars.
