RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RESOLUTION No. 20- U � a -CC
EXECUTION OF AN INTERLOCAL
AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF
MOSES LAKE RELATED TO SHELTER
FUNDING
WHEREAS, Grant County ("County") and the City of Moses Lake propose to jointly
apply for Shelter Program funding from the Department of Commerce, Housing Assistance Unit
as authorized through ESSB 6168, Section 127, Subsection. 85; and
WHEREAS, The County and City of Moses Lake will need to enter into an Interlocal
Agreement substantially similar to Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and incorporated herein
by this reference; and
WHEREAS, The City of Moses Lake has already authorized entering into said Interlocal
Agreement.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners is
authorized to enter into the interlocal agreement with the City of Moses Lake related to Shelter
Program funding as attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
