Washington State Department of Transportation Local Agency Agreement for the Valley Road Grind/Inlay project (Cascade Part to Scott Road) for grinding, HMA surfacing, ADA ramps, etc. Project end date is December 31, 2023 with a total cost of $724,428.00. /19. Washington State Department of Transportation Local Agency Agreement Supplement for the Flashing LED Stop Signs— Phase 1 and 2 project (County Wide).
