Electrical, sprinklers, lights and pathway o The ag building envelope updates are in progress o The Goat Barn pens arrived, just waiting for concrete work o Chicken cages arrived and are ready to assemble o Barn 44 has been completely cleaned o Barn 39 is in the process of demolition o New Asphalt in Barn 46 — Stalls to be rebuilt in the Fall o Tree plan developed with Lori looking at trees, you approved purchases o Leveling north end of rodeo track o Some entertainment booked for 2021— Parmalee, Grupo Control, Mutton Bustin using tourism funds. • Event cancellations through July but our plan is in the hands of the state. I am confident, if we can get to phase 3, we can do events in September. • Livestock show and sale status —A group from Spokane County, Benton/Franklin, Gary Chandler, Alex McGregor, Sara Smith, have been meeting with the Governor's office. Things are progressing and we hope to know what we can do by next week. Registrations have us around 200 animals which is very manageable. • The Campground plan is progressing as Tom will fill you in • South Field Lighting is going well, Tom awarded the contract to Musco lighting through KCDA. • We plan on bidding out Barn 46 and 47 stall rebuilds as we do not have enough staff to do the project. • Waiting on the planning department for the Gold Gate sign permit. Then we can move forward with installation. • We are looking at alternative events such as equestrian clinics, drive in movies and drive in Music.
