Re: Return of Cost Share Funds for the 2019 Cost Share Program
Honorable Board of County Commissioners:
After reviewing the budget, and assessing the budgetary impact of the COVID 19 pandemic response,
Grant County Public Works believes that it is in the best interest of the public to reconsider
implementation of the 2019 Cost Share Program for Road 12 SW and Road K SW. Therefore, Public
Works recommends eliminating the 2019 Cost Share Program for Road 12 SW and Road K SW and
returning all private funds dedicated to this project. The total amount to be returned is $108,062.50
