ADDENDUM
PROVISION OF ADDI FIONAL SERVICE DURING CURRENT AGREEMENT
THIS ADDENDUM AGREEMENT, made July 1, 20201. is an Addendum to the Grant
County Agreement, entered into between Grant County Developmental Disabilities, hereby known
as Grant and Adams County Developmental Disabilities, and Goodwill Industries of the Inland
Northwest ("VENDOR").
WHEREAS, Grant and Adams County Developmental Disabilities and VENDOR
mutually agree to amend the contract to include the provision of Developmental Disability
Community Inclusion services.
WHEREAS, Grant and Adams County Developmental Disabilities and VENDOR
mutually agree that all other terms and conditions set forth in that certain agreement, shall remain
the same.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grant and Adams County Developmental Disabilities and
VENDOR have executed this Addendum on the date first above written.
