The quotes had estimated taxes and I now have invoices with actual taxes in excess of the originally approved amount. Courtroom 209 is $ 521.00 over the original amount and courtroom 301 is $511.56 over the original amount approved. I am requesting to spend another $1,032.56 from grant funds to cover the difference. Please see the attached updated invoices for the equipment, installation, and service contract. Also, please note that $11,707.20 of the total projects will be paid by TS using quad funds. Thank You.
