RE: Tax Title parcels that should be donated or sold to government entities
Enclosed area list of tax title parcels that I wish to put convey to the Bureau of Reclamation, Public
Works and City of Grand Coulee. The list shows the parcel number and to who that we needyou're your
to approve since they have very little value to anyone else and I do not want these to be purchased by
other people for speculation and potential harassment. We would like to deed these parcels for the
cost of deed, affidavit fees and recording fees borne by the grantees. By changing the ownership, issues
like weed enforcement and other public concerns would have a better chance to be addressed instead
of being in limbo with no true owner. Please approve our ability to start private negotiations as allowed
by law get these off our tax title rolls.
