Return of 2019 Capital purchase Steamer ($5,982.37)
Replacement purchase of correct Steamer ($7,608.01)
I'm requesting a budget extension for $7,608.01 in regards to a replacement
Steamer we had to purchase from a previous approved 2019 Capital Purchase
items. The 2019 Steamer purchase had to be returned because the incorrect one
was ordered. The company we purchased the Steamer from didn't process our
return timely enough and it was needed to be purchased in the budget year 2020.
The amount of the steamer is $7,608.01. I'm requesting the funding source, after
corresponding with Accountant Katie Smith, to be from the Law and Justice Budget
121.163.00.9115.594236400.
The return of the Steamer from the 2019 purchase totaled $5,982.37. This
amount was credited to the Sheriff's Office and will need to be transferred as
revenue under account 121.163.00.9115.395100000.
