The Owner and Architect amend the Agreement as follows:
Add the design team services for the construction drawings of the seclusion room as defined by DOH requirements. The room
will be a subdivided portion of the eastern portion of the existing administrative office room 4116.
The Architect's compensation and schedule shall be adjusted as follows:
Compensation Adjustment:
Lump Sum fee of $4,700.
Schedule Adjustment:
To be completed within 2 weeks of authorization to proceed.
