This process has been researched through MRSC, the State Auditor's Office, the Treasurer's Office and the Chief Accountant for Grant County. Assuming all contractual agreements are met, the intention of this recommendation is the following: • If funds were spent in 2020: o Submit proper documentation for reimbursement • If all or partial funds were spent in 2020 for 2021: o Sign new agreement/contract o Submit proper documentation for reimbursement o Remaining funds will be carried ov //roto 20221 o If approved, event may apply for021 unding but will be placed on prioritization list. • If no funds were not spent in 2020 but would like them in 2021: o Sign new agreement/contract o Funds will be carried to 2021 for e j t o If approved, event may apply f- IgO 1 funding but will be placed on prioritization list. • Applications for 2021 will be processed and prioritized with priority given to applicants that did not receive 2020 funds.
