Re: Budget Allocation Recommendation for Coronavirus Relief Funds (CRF)
through CARES Act Grant
A committee of Grant County officials met to discuss the below preliminary budget
allocating the $5,430,700.00 awarded to the County through the Coronavirus Relief
Funds Grant through the CARES Act.
$1,000,000.00 allocated to Grant County Expenses
$1,400,000.00 allocated to Health District Expenses
$100,000.00 allocated to Taxing & Special District Expenses
$25b0,000.00 allocated to grants for small businesses & non-profit organizations

This allocation leaves a total of $430,700.00 as a reserve that will be allocated as needed.
We recommend for your approval the above preliminary budget allocation of the
Coronavirus Relief Funds Grant through the CARES Act.
