RE: Ephrata Landfill Phase 3 Construction Recommendation
Dear Grant County Board of County Commissioners:
At the SWAC meeting held on June 18, the Solid Waste Advisory Committee made a motion for
proceeding with phase three construction at the Ephrata Landfill.
After careful consideration, the SWAC voted unanimously to recommend to the Board of County
Commissioners to authorize Grant County Public Work to proceed with construction of phase 3
immediately, and initiate Construction and Award in 2020. This will require a Mid -Year Budget
Amendment.
