After examining the bids submitted for this project and due to the appearance that none of the
bidders can be determined to be Responsible Bidders in accordance with RCW 39.04.350, Grant
County Public Works believes that it is not in the publics' best interest to award this project at
this time. Therefore, Grant County Public Works recommends that all bids be rejected.
