RE: Tax Title parcels and Surplus parcels placed in Online Bid process
Enclosed are a list of tax title and county surplus parcels that I wish to put up for sale using Online Sale
Vendor. The list shows the parcel number and minimum bids I wish to start the online auction for. That
tax title parcels we have more flexibility on for a starting price than the County Surplus parcels. Please
approve the starting bid amounts so I can get the process started. For the tax title parcels, we are going
to give the adjacent owners one last chance to acquire through a negotiated bid before we put them up
for sale to everyone in the United States. This online process will also give us a chance to evaluate it in
case we have use it for our foreclosure sale in February 2021. We are using the same entity who
currently works with Public Works on their Equipment sales.
