Re: Extension for Department of Archeology & Historic Preservation Grant
The Department of Archeology and Historic Preservation has extended the County one more
extension so that we may continue to find a way to repair our front steps. This will be the last
extension issued and needs only to be signed by the Chair.
I would like to ask the Chair to sign 3 copies and Central Services will return them to the
Washington Trust for Historic Preservation (the grant administrator). This is a time sensitive
document that needs to be completed by the grant administrator prior to June 30ffi.

The Department of Archaeology and Historic Preservation, the DEPARTMENT, and Grant County, the
GRANTEE, hereby mutually agree to amend Grant FYI 8-90006-001 to extend the expiration date of the
grant from June 30, 2020 to June 30, 2021.
Expiration Date currently reads: June 30, 2020
Per this Amendment B Expiration Date shall read: June 30, 2021
No further time extensions are available and no modification of the grant expiration date may be made
beyond June 30, 2021.
The DEPARTMENT acknowledges and approves the requested changes by the GRANTEE for the above
change to the expiration date of the grant. This amendment does not change the total value of the let grant
amount awarded by the DEPARTMENT to the GRANTEE. All other conditions of the grant as set forth
in the body of the grant and amended herein by Amendment A remain the same.
