8:45 a.m. The Commissioners held an Open Record Public Hearing to consider a request from
New Hope Fund #128, Department #170 for a budget extension in the amount of $15,000.00 to
receive a foundation grant from Innovia Foundation to provide assistance in community outreach
and the 2020 Census count.
Suzi Fode, New Hope Director, discussed her request.
A motion was made by Commissioner Taylor, seconded by Commissioner Carter to close the
public comment portion of the hearing. The motion passed with 2 Commissioners in attendance.
Commissioner Taylor moved to approve the budget extension as presented. Commissioner
Carter seconded and the motion passed with 2 Commissioners in attendance. The hearing
adjourned.
