Education Plan for all staff 2. Infection Control Measures a. Create screening binder with the following record keeping documents i. Screen and log visitors for contact tracing (GCHD tool) F:\Public NH\COVID\Visitor-Screening English 5.1.2020.pdf ii. Those with symptoms will be asked to go home, reschedule or connect remotely. c. Return to work procedure 3. Physical and Administrative Mitigation Measures F:\Public NH\COVID\Everyone Flyer-1.pdf a. PPE -available on-site: cloth and disposable masks, gloves, disinfectants, hand sanitizer, Clorox or alcohol disinfecting wipes, face shields. Staff will wear masks when in office and in contact with others. Visitors will be offered a mask and asked to wear them. b. Physical Distancing- maintain 6 foot distance between all people c. Physical Barriers -sneeze guards and clear shower curtain barriers are being placed in areas where visitors would have interaction with staff d. Additional Administrative Measures i. Pens used by visitors will be identified by a yarn lanyard and they will be able to take the pen home with them. ii. All pen cups removed from public areas. iii. Phones sanitized daily or between uses of different persons. iv. Doorknobs sanitized twice daily and after a new visitor enters/leaves v. Limit areas of client -staff interaction to designated spots in the office only. vi. No client/visitor in staff offices. vii. Waiting area spaced for social distancing. viii. Porous fabric furniture removed from client/staff interaction spaces. ix. Toys limited in toy room. Offer choices and let client take home or sanitize. x. Limit number of people in rooms when possible. xi. Frequent handwashing is encouraged. 4. Cleaning and Sanitation a. Regular/Routine i. Janitorial services (Tuesday/Friday) ii. Door knobs at noon and end of day iii. Common spaces (waiting area chairs, countertops) at end of day b. When finishing up in a space, clean and sanitize all surfaces (desk, pens, clipboards, sneeze guard, barriers, door handles, laptop, tablet, keyboard, etc) i. Soap and water if time allows ii. Approved spray and paper towels iii. Clorox wipes if quick clean up needed (last choice to save low supply) 5. Continuous Monitoring and Evaluation
