Central Services is not asking for a new appropriation of funds but to transfer funds from already approved projects that will either not be used or contains unused funds from completed projects or projects forecasted not to utilize the entire appropriated amount. Central Services requested pricing from Neppell Electric for bollard style lights to line the new ADA pathway in Center Field. The work includes the installation of 13 bollard lights to illuminate the pathway as people walk the pat during the evening hours Central services is requesting the following funds be moved to pay for the paving project; $17,512.20 from the Campground and Barn renovation fund 309.000.00.0000.594736210. In reality this is only a place holder. The electrical project has a Department of Agriculture grant that will pay for the entirety of the project currently underway and funded in our capital budget. The grant is a reimbursement grant and once received will reimburse the funds we are borrowing frnm gnnther fimrl Best Regards 'Com &acnes Tom Gaines Director, Grant County WA Central Services Department Tom Gaines Director of Central Services tgaines@grantcountywa.gov RECEIVED E GRANT COUNTY COMMISSIONERS "To meet current and future needs, serving together with public and private entities, while fostering a respectful and successful work environment" Dated this day of , 20 Board of County Co issioners Grant County, Won Appro\e Disapprove Abstain Dist #I Sist # t Dist # 1 Dist #2/Dist # 2 Dist # 2 Dist #3 Dist # 3 Dist # 3 Tom Gaines Director of Central Services tgaines@grantcountywa.gov RECEIVED E GRANT COUNTY COMMISSIONERS "To meet current and future needs, serving together with public and private entities, while fostering a respectful and successful work environment"
