RE: Budget Transfer 001
Central services is asking for a budget transfer to complete the Ag Building Envelope project at
the fairgrounds. Central Services is not asking for a new appropriation of funds but to transfer
funds from already approved projects that will either not be used or contains unused funds from
completed projects or projects forecasted not to utilize the entire appropriated amount.
The Agricultural building (AG) project contains two change orders for unforeseen circumstances
that must be addressed to properly fix the structure. One is the repair of concrete where the new
entrance doors are being placed and one is the grading of the ground between the commercial
and Ag buildings and the installation of a new dry well to manage the storm water that is
currently flooding into the AG building due to the lack of a prepared surface area for storm
runoff.
Central services is requesting the following funds be moved, respective of the above narrative.
$4,580.83 from Campground/Barn Renovation -309.000.00.0000.594736210 to the AG building
project code 309.000.00.0000.594736210
