TUESDAY, JUNE 2, 2020
The session was continued to 8:30 a.m. with all Commissioners in attendance.
8:30 a.m. —9:00 a.m. Grant County discussion on COVID-19
The Commissioners discussed with Grant County Elected Officials and Department Heads how
the virus is impacting their office.

A motion was made by Commissioner Stevens, seconded by Commissioner Taylor, to approve item 1 on
the agenda as presented. The motion passed unanimously.

Report for their Title VI Program for the reporting year of 2019. (Approved)

A motion was made by Commissioner Taylor, seconded by Commissioner Stevens, to approve items 1
through 9 on the agenda as presented. The motion passed unanimously. (Commissioners Carter and
Stevens participated in person)
1. Possible vouchers for insurance, legal services, grant administration, etc. (Approved)
2. Commissioners Office Vouchers and County -wide Expense Reimbursement Claims for approval.
(Approved)
3. Grant County Reimbursement No. 10 on CDBG Public Services Grant No. 19-62210-005 for the
period April 1, 2020 through April 30, 2020, with the Department of Commerce and
administered through the OIC of Washington for $20,574.41. (Approved)
4. Interagency Agreement for Contract No. 20-6541C-013 with the Department of Commerce
through the Coronavirus Relief Fund for Local Governments for costs incurred due to the public
health emergency with respect to the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) during the period of
March 1, 2020 through October 31, 2020 for the amount of $5,430,700.00. (Approved)

5. Budget transfer request for the Ag Building project at the fairgrounds, transferring $4,580.83
from Campground/Barn Renovation -309.000.00.0000.594736210 to the AG building project
code 309.000.00.0000.594736210. (Approved)
6. Budget transfer request for the paving projects at the fairgrounds, transferring a total of
$12,934.26 to 126.168.00.9116.594736214; $11,046.78 from the Desert Artist Partition project,
126.168.00.9116.594736210 and $1,887.48 from the HVLS Fan project,

7. Budget transfer request for the electrical project in center field at the fairgrounds, transferring
$17,512.20 from the Campground and Barn renovation fund 309.000.00.0000.59436210 to

GRANT INTEGRATED SERVICES
8. Reimbursement Request (A-19) for contract work performed by Grant Integrated Services,
during April, 2019 in the amount of $228.75 on Washington State Department of Corrections
(DOSA) contract. (Approved)
TECHNOLOGY SERVICES DEPARTMENT
Purchase Order No. 317 to Equivant for Northpointe Suite COMPAS with Amazon GovCloud
Annual License renewal for the Sheriff's Office in the amount of $15,710.61 to be paid out of
Technology Services' Software & Maintenance budget line. (Approved)
