Re: Purchase of Equipment Request
Dear Commissioners,
Currently GRIS is working on getting Crisis Solutions ready to be operational and time is critical. In order to
do so, we are requesting approval for purchase of eight (8) computers and monitors with an approximate
cost of $9,705.00. GCTS has reviewed the items being requested and has provided their stamp of approval
for the equipment. Attached are descriptions and pricing for the items. I can also forward the email
approval from GOTS, if needed.
Please approve our request to purchase these items. If you have any questions regarding these items, please
give me a call, or Veronica Perez, CFO, or contact Joe Carter of GCTS.
