MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING
BETWEEN
COORDINATED CARE OF WASHINGTON, INC.
AND
COUNTY OF GRANT DBA GRANT INTEGRATED SERVICES
This Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") is entered into by Coordinated Care of
Washington, Inc. ("CCW'), and County of Grant dba Grant Integrated Services,
("Provider") for the purposes of formalizing the payment to Provider of 2020 Behavioral
Health Enhancement Fund dollars.
CCW will be releasing the entire 2020 Calendar Year Community Behavioral Health
Enhancement Funds (CBHEF) to Provider in the amount of $63,481 and is payment in
full. This amount has been allocated to Provider based on Coordinated Care's share of
CBHEF in the North Central region and Provider's 2019 utilization. The funds will be sent
via EFT or paper check and will be followed by a remittance via email from CCW's finance
team.
Any and all disputes occurring between the parties of this MOU shall be resolved through
informal negotiation between the parties of the MOU. A guiding principle for resolving
disputes is that resolution should be sought at the lowest level and only progress up the
hierarchy when satisfactory resolution has not been achieved.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties here to have caused this MOU to be executed by
the dates and signatures herein under affixed. The persons signing this MOU on behalf
of the parties represent that each has authority to execute the MOU on behalf of the party
entering this MOU.
