1. Possible vouchers for insurance, legal services, grant administration, etc.
2. Schedule A for the state of Washington Developmental Disabilities Residential Support Programs
cost report for the period January 1, 2019 through December 31, 2019.
3. License agreement with the City of Royal City through the Auditors Office for the use of a
portion of the City of Royal City's property on exhibit A for the location and maintenance of a
ballot drop box in order to facilitate and encourage electoral participation by local residence.
Term is May 12, 2020 to May 12, 2030.
4. Request from the Department of Public Defense to allow Indigent Defense Contractors to obtain
identification tags that will enable them to bypass security.
5. Request from the Sheriff s Office to award two contracts for Sheriff's Vehicles Upfitting and
Maintenance. Recommendation for the main contract to Darrell Doolittle and a secondary
contract for backup services to FCI Custom Police Vehicles.
