The motion passed unanimously. 2:30 p.m. — 2:50 p.m. Consent Agenda (Items 1 through 3); and B Rang, ASC Update and Misc BOCC Action (Items 1 through 5) CONSENT AGENDA: A motion was made by Commissioner Stevens, seconded by Commissioner Taylor, to approve items 1 through 3 on the agenda as presented. The motion passed unanimously. COMMISSIONERS OFFICE 1. Commissioners Office Vouchers and County -wide Expense Reimbursement Claims for approval. (Approved) 2. Commissioners April 13, 20 and 27, 2020 Minutes for approval. (Approved) NEW HOPE 3. Request for budget extension in the amount of $15,000.00 (Fund #128.170) to receive a grant from the Washington State Office of the Attorney General to provide services to victims of crime. (Approved, the public hearing was scheduled for June 9, 2020 at 8:45 a.m.) ASC AGENDA AND MISC BOCC ACTION ITEMS: A motion was made by Commissioner Stevens, seconded by Commissioner Taylor, to approve items 1 through 5 on the agenda as presented. The motion passed unanimously. 1. Possible vouchers for insurance, legal services, grant administration, etc. (Approved) 2. Schedule A for the state of Washington Developmental Disabilities Residential Support Programs cost report for the period January 1, 2019 through December 31, 2019, through Grant Integrated Services— Directions in Community Living. (Approved) 3. License agreement with the City of Royal City through the Auditors Office for the use of a portion of the City of Royal City's property on Parcel No. 071585000 for the location and maintenance of a ballot drop box in order to facilitate and encourage electoral participation by local residence. Request from the Department of Public Defense to allow Indigent Defense Contractors to obtain identification tags that will enable them to bypass security in the Law and Justice Building. (Approved) 5. Recommendation from the Sheriff's Office to award two contracts for Sheriff's Vehicles Upfitting and Maintenance. Recommendation for the main contract to Darrell Doolittle and a secondary contract for backup services to FCI Custom Police Vehicles. GrIS Teamsters Negotiations 4:00 p.m. —4:50 p.m. T Gaines, Central Services Update MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS Payment of vouchers certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.080, and those expense reimbursement claims certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.090, as recorded on a listing and made available to the Board. (Approved in the amount of $631,914.80) The Commissioners approved and signed the Public Works County Payroll Salary Fund for their May 8, 2020 payroll. Commissioner Stevens was authorized to sign the Grant County Health District voucher listing in the amount of $265,863.66.
