While not paid through this funding, we anticipate there will be
unintended costs to our coordinated housing entry system, as
more homeless are identified for case management services (e.g.
permanent housing). We are currently working to engage housing

quarantine/isolation to ensure their safety continues following
quarantine.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION AND CDBG NATIONAL OBJECTIVE TABLE
(See instructions on the next page)
Additional information can be included here to describe how the proposed services will address a CDBG National
Objective in response to the COVID-19 emergency and promote economic recovery and stability in the region:
Due to many of our residents living in remote locations in Grant County, it has been recommended by the Dept. of Health (DOH) that Grant County
implement more robust cleaning schedules of all county facilities open to the public. The Sheriff's Office purchases and delivers any items including
food and necessary medications for individuals in isolation or quarantine. The Health District connects with every individual tested and/or confirmed to
have COVID-19. The Health District has also kept an open line for those in quarantine to help communicate next steps, referrals to the Sheriff's Office
for help and general guidance. Our Technology Services department was asked to purchase a new software specific to this event for teleconferencing
as to allow public interaction with any public meetings per the OPMA.
Briefly describe the local prioritization process used to allocate CDBG COVID-19 response funding:
The Health District and Sheriff's Office will be the main recipients as they are providing the most services to individuals directly affected by the COVID-
19 health crisis. Funds will be available to the other County Departments if available and deemed essential by the Health District.
