Commissioners Office Vouchers and County -wide Expense Reimbursement Claims for approval. (Approved) 2. Re -appointment letter for Lars Leland to the Grant County Tourism Commission, District 3, effective April 25, 2020 through April 24, 2023. (Approved) 3. Proclamation recognizing May 3 — 9, 2020 as Municipal Clerk's Week in Grant County. (Approved) 4. REVISED— DATE CHANGE special occasion liquor license application for Big Bend Community College Foundation and their new event date of September 19, 2020 at the ATEC Building at BBCC, from the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board. (Approved) CENTRAL SERVICES 5. Recommendation to award the bid for Fairgrounds Paving Improvements project to Quality Paving for the amount of $45,000.00 using REET funds (126.168). (Approved) 6. Recommendation to award the bid for Electrical Revisions at the Fairgrounds Centerfield project to Neppel Electric in the amount of $26,000.00 using REET funds (126.168). (Approved) 7. Recommendation to award the Fairgrounds Center Field Irrigation project to Us Lawn Care in the amount of $24,951.00 using REET funds (126.168). (Approved) AUDITOR'S OFFICE Payment of vouchers certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.080, and those expense reimbursement claims certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.090, as recorded on a listing and made available to the Board. (Approved in the amounts of $242,794.56 and $65,631.54) Request to reactivate and rename two funds to property account for grant funds to be received by the Grant County Elections Department and request that the monies received by these funds be invested by the Treasurer in the County's Investment Pool: (Approved, Resolution No. 20 -044 -CC) i. The motion passed unanimously. 1. Possible vouchers for insurance, legal services, grant administration, etc. (Approved) 2. Reimbursement Request (A-19) for contract work performed by Grant Integrated Services' Prevention and Recovery Center (PARC), during February 2020, in the amount of $16,246.47 on Washington State Department of Health Care Authority Contract No. K3919. Amendment A to Washington State Department of Commerce, Office of Crime Victims Advocacy, Core and Specialized Sexual Assault Services SFY 2020 Grant No. 20-31310-165 in the amount of $5,000.00 effective April, 14, 2020 through June 30, 2020. This brings the new grant total to $292,129.00. (Approved) 4. Professional Service Agreement with Michael Prince through the Public Defense Office for legal representation of indigent individuals in Grant County District Court as a full time contractor at the rate of $90,363.00 annually. Term is May 1, 2020 through December 31, 2020. (Approved) 5. Washington State Department of Commerce COVID-19 Emergency Housing Program Plan - Final expenditure for Grant Agreement with Housing Assistance Unit for Washington State COVID-19 Outbreak Emergency Housing Grant in the amount of $388,462.00. (Approved) 6. CDBG Final Project Summary for Amendment A for Washington State Department of Commerce Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program Public Services Grant (PSG) 19-62210- 005 for the amount of $145,270.00.
