Per the approved 2020 Capital Budget, from REET funds, $25,000 was se asi
Panels. The sidewall panels will be used to cover extremely dirty and fragile insulation. The white metal
panels will also improve the lighting in the building. Our plan is to purchase the materials and slowly do
the installation ourselves. Three companies were solicited locally, Ziggy's, Penhalluricks and Quincy
Hardware and Lumber.

i request authorization to move forward with the purchase of metal for the Ardell sidewalls from
Ziggy's at a purchase price of $6765.46 leaving $18,134.54 in the fund for other purchases.
The Budget number is 126.168.00.9116.573703564
In addition, I found the person who originally designed and painted the original Ardell signs for the
South and North end of the building. He is estimating up to $1500 to have them repainted and restored.
Terry Signs from Wenatchee is the person who made the signs and will do the restoration. After painting
I would like to take them to a local body shop and have them clear coated. I will probably work with
Steve Kalamakis at Steve's Collision to do the clear coat. He may even donate the labor.
Total cost for both signs to be restored would be no more than $2500 from the same budget. This would
leave a balance of $15,734.52 left in the fund.
