RESOLUTION DECLARING
FAIRGROUNDS DUMP TRUCK
SURPLUS
RESOLUTION No. 20- ,) q '�' -CC
WHEREAS, pursuant to RCW 36.34.010, the Grant County Board of County
Commissioners has the authority to decide whether real or personal property owned by the county is
surplus to the needs of the county; and
WHEREAS, the Grant County Central Services Director states that the Fairgrounds has a
1998 PeterBuilt Dump Truck, VIN INP-ALB9X-WD446792 (Asset ID# 2300) that is no longer
needed; and
WHEREAS, they are requesting this dump truck be surplus'd and sold through
"Public Surplus. com".
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT the Board of County
Commissioners declare as surplus the above named dump truck at the Fairgrounds and sell it through
PublicSurplus.com
