the scope of work to include urgent, CDBG eligible COVID-19 response service activities and
extending the contact end date from 6/30/2020 to 02/28/2021.

Agricultural Building Envelop Repairs Project #2008fg for the amount of $97,089.50.

5. Contract with Moe's Asphalt Patching & Sealcoating through Facilities & Maintenance for the
scope of work on Asphalt Maintenance Project #FM2001 for the amount of $51,263.94.
